Limits of Our Service and Information

Read this disclaimer before using positronco.online. It is a general template and does not provide legal advice.

Our Referral Role

Positronco Septic provides marketing and referrals to independent plumbing and septic providers. Our role excludes tank pumping, septic system or drainfield repairs, sewer line repairs and all other plumbing work. An independent provider performs any work at your property.

Referrals and Provider Accountability

A referral does not endorse a provider. We give no warranty concerning the quality, timing, price or results of their work. We also give no warranty that a provider is available in your area at any particular time. Each provider is responsible for its licenses, insurance, permits, certifications and conduct.

Limits of General Guidance

Site content provides general information, without plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance, health or financial advice. Septic systems and sewer lines differ. Information relevant to one property may not fit yours. Discuss your circumstances with a qualified provider.

Understanding Listed Costs

Prices shown on this site are typical U.S. ranges rather than job quotes. Actual costs vary with the job, location, system design, soil conditions and local permit requirements. Get a written quote from the provider before work starts.

Questions About Coverage

Insurance information here is general. We cannot determine whether your policy covers a particular problem. Your policy terms and your insurer's decision determine coverage. Ask your insurer or insurance agent about your coverage.

Hazards Around Sewage and Tanks

Septic tanks and sewage may expose you to harmful gases, bacteria and deep, open tanks. Do not enter a septic tank or work close to an open tank. Keep pets and children away from wastewater. Contact local emergency services first if life or safety is at risk.

Payment for Referrals

Providers or marketing partners may pay Positronco Septic for connecting them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure explains these arrangements further.

Limits on Accuracy

We make efforts to keep website information correct and up to date. We give no warranty that the information is complete or contains no errors.
